The HOPES CAP, Inc. Early Childhood Program invites the submission of sealed bids in food service for breakfast, lunch, and snack as described in the New Jersey Child and Adult Care Food Program Invitation for Bid and Standard Contract. These meals are to be served to 446 total participants: 56, aged 1-2 years of age, and 390, aged 3-5 years of age, five days per week. Delivery will be made to three locations in Plainfield, New Jersey: 1201 East 7th Street, 110-128 West Front Street, and 1101-1105 South Avenue. Meals must meet the requirements mandated by the New Jersey Child and Adult Care Food Program and begin August 1, 2026. Bids will be opened and read aloud on June 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
