Facilities

HOPES Director of Facilities and Special Projects reports directly to the HOPES President & CEO.  In addition, HOPES Finance works with Facilities to ensure:

• Risk mitigation procedures are followed, including security footage request (all requests must be approved by senior management),

• Maintenance & Repair Request are addressed in a timely manner, 

• Routine maintenance and inspections of all HOPES locations are conducted regularly,

• Capital projects, large-scale renovation or agency-wide, projects are carried out in accordance with fiscal procedures.
