Rides are by appointment, Monday-Friday, 9AM to 5PM

Eligibility:

Individuals with disabilities or seniors, 60 years of age or older can schedule a ride without regard to income

Under 60 years of age, you must provide proof of income to determine your eligibility

All individuals regardless of age, provide current proof of income, for 4-weeks (paystubs or notarized letter from employer)

Proof of income is used for allocating our grants

Assisted Transportation Program
"I first learned about HOPES awesome transportation services through a nurse’s aide that was looking after my late aunt. HOPES Transportation helps me get back and forth to my doctor’s appointments and most of all they take me food shopping. Without this service, I wouldn't know what to do. The drivers help me the most by assisting me in and out of the vehicles and even carrying my grocery bags. I refer all the seniors in my building to HOPES. I ensure everyone I refer that the drivers get you to the destination and back home safe."
