All HOPES staff are required to wear their HOPES-issued ID badge daily.  If an employee loses his/her ID, he/she must request a replacement through the Human Resources Department as soon as possible by submitting a Replacement ID request form through the Employee Portal. Employees will be responsible for the cost of replacing the ID and/or lanyard when requesting replacements. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for the delivery of your ID.
