For 61 years, HOPES Community Action Partnership, Incorporated, has been helping individuals and families across Hudson, Union, and Somerset Counties, New Jersey, build brighter, more self-sufficient futures. Since HOPES' founding in 1964, we have remained steadfast in our mission to provide community services that respond to the social, educational, and training needs of individuals in an effort to overcome barriers and fight the causes of poverty.
