Senior Information and Assistance Program

Through the Senior Information & Assistance Program, senior clients age 60 and older receive one on one support learning about and accessing relevant services and entitlement programs available to them.

Clients receive assistance in determining their eligibility for entitlement programs and are supported navigating through the application process. Follow-up phone support is provided to clients to ensure needs have been fully met.
