Senior Home Visiting Services

Visits consist of companionship, social interaction, assistance with understanding or translating written correspondences and other documents, performing errands such as picking up prescriptions or going to the post office as well as referring clients to other community resources and services when needed.

Follow up contacts by phone are provided in order to monitor each client’s needs and well-being.
