United Water Cares / Help with water bills

UW Cares helps households that have fallen behind on their water bills due to a temporary financial crisis. A crisis is often due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a job loss or illness. Applicants must demonstrate a temporary financial need and a history of good-faith payments with United Water.

UW Cares provides grants to pay the water bills of households in need through a network of community-based social service agencies located throughout the United Water service territories.

HOPES, Inc. is an official application site for United Water Cares, actively assisting individuals to apply for this service.
