Through HOPES Community Assistance Services individuals are educated about entitlement programs that they may be eligible for, learn how and where to apply for them.

Examples of some of the most important entitlement programs include:

Federal Employee and Military Retirement Plans
Unemployment Compensation
Food Stamps
