Through the Senior Information & Assistance Program, senior clients age 60 and older recieve one on one support learning about and accessing relevant services and entitlement programs available to them.

Clients are navigated through the application process (i.e., reading, filling out and submitting required documents). Follow up phone support is provided to clients to ensure that they fully comprehend the scope of services they are now recieving.
