Board of Directors

The Hoboken Organization against Poverty and Economic Stress, Inc. is organized as a 501(c)(3) corporation that is governed by a Board of Directors.

The Board is a 15-member tri-partite Board: one-third of the membership represent HOPES target population, one-third represent the local business and professional community, and one-third represent elected officials from the local area.

The main responsibility of the Board is to ensure that the program is operating smoothly according to regulations set forth by local, state and federal agencies.

The Board of Directors is responsible for developing HOPES policies and overseeing the financial well-being of the organization.
