HOPES Organizational Chart

HOPES Inc. Board of Directors (Agency wide)
HOPES, Inc. has a Board of Directors. The main responsibility of the board is to ensure that the program is operating smoothly according to regulations set forth by local, state and federal agencies.

HOPES Inc. President/CEO (Agency wide)
The daily operation of HOPES is the responsibility of the President/CEO who reports directly to the Board of Directors. Additionally, the CEO is responsible for ensuring that the programs' expectations are implemented and carried out.

HOPES Inc. Director of Operations (Agency wide)
The HOPES Operations Director oversees, monitors and integrates the services offered by all HOPES programs.

HOPES Inc. Director of Finance/Human Resources (Agency wide)
The HOPES Director of Finance has fiscal responsibility and oversees human resources functions for the Agency.

HOPES Inc. Technology Manager (Agency wide)
The HOPES Technology Manager ensures the efficient operation of all of the agency’s technology systems.

HOPES Inc. Fiscal and Administrative Staff (Agency wide)
The HOPES Fiscal and Administrative Staff supports the operation of the agency’s fiscal, human resources and administrative systems.

HOPES Inc. Volunteers (Agency Wide)
Senior Citizens, Head Start Parents, CWEP Participants and Interns volunteer their time and skills in support of the HOPES, Inc. Programs.


Head Start only

HOPES Head Start Policy Council
The HOPES Head Start Policy Council is made up of at least 51% parents or guardians of currently enrolled children, the other 49% is made up of community represenatives. This council's purpose is to serve as a forum through which the parents and community can participate in the overall policy-making of the program and to review and approve Head Start programs and policy initiatives.

HOPES Head Start Director
The HOPES Head Start Director directs and oversees the staff and services of the HOPES Head Start Program.

HOPES Head Start Management Staff
The HOPES Head Start management staff is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for the HOPES Head Start Program.

HOPES Head Start Teaching Staff
The Head Start Teachers and Teachers’ Assistants are responsible for classroom application of all mandated instructional requirements.

HOPES Head Start Content Areas Staff
Family Advocates, Support Staff, Food Service Workers, Custodial Staff and Transportation Staff are responsible for supporting the operations of their specific content areas.

 

Family Recource Center

HOPES Community Services Manager
The HOPES Family Resource Center Community Services Manager supervises, coordinates, and monitors the daily operations of the Family Resource Center.

HOPES Community Services Staff
The HOPES Community Services Staff is responsible for providing adult and computer education as well as other social services.

 

Senior Programs

HOPES Senior Programs Manager
The HOPES Senior Programs Manager is responsible for administering the Senior Home Visiting and Medical Transportation Programs.

HOPES Senior Home Visiting Staff
The HOPES Senior Home Visiting Staff conduct home visits and offer support to Hoboken seniors.

HOPES Medical Transportation Staff
The HOPES Medical Transportation Staff provides transportation for Hoboken seniors to medical appointments.
